Had a discussion over the phone with Bank Of Valletta today, it went as follows:

P: I’m trying to send you a fax on the number stated on the form issued by you, but it won’t go through?
BoV: Please speak slower, I don’t understand
P: I’m trying to send you a fax, but it won’t go through?
BoV: Oh, please send with mail instead, we don’t really know how that thing works.

…

I see before me the office when it starts ringing:

Banker No 1: Hey, now that things starts making noises again, doesn’t anybody know how that bloody thing works?
Banker No 2: …
Banker No 1:Mella.

Call me a a cynic, but I find it amusing.
